How To Get Started With Corelia Health

Learn How To Begin Your Home Care Journey

At Corelia Health, we believe that providing the highest quality of care begins with understanding you and your family’s needs. That’s why we start with an initial in-home meeting where the client and/or family meet with a Corelia Health Care Coordinator.

During this meeting, we take time to carefully review:

 

  • The type of care and support needed

  • Scheduling preferences (if known)

  • Special requests from the family or client

  • Any other questions or concerns

 

This first visit is not only an opportunity for you to learn about Corelia Health, but also a chance for us to get to know you on a personal level.

The following topics are commonly discussed during initial meetings.

  • Physical care needs – such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meals and diet, mobility, and incontinence support.
  • Daily schedules – including sleep routines, mealtimes, and medication reminders.
  • Emotional and social support – companionship, conversation, activities, appointments, and community engagement.
  • Home assistance – meal preparation, grocery runs, laundry, linens, and light housekeeping.
  • Logistics and coordination – access to the home, documentation, schedule flexibility, and how to communicate with our office team.
